Situated in the East of the city of Newport, Alway Primary School was originally built in 1952 as separate Infant and Junior Schools before being amalgamated in 2002.  There are currently 400 pupils on the roll including a 20-place Learning Support Centre and Nursery.

We hope this site will give you an insight into some of the activities that take place here, and a flavour of our friendliness and open-door policy.
